Sabina graduated from USC-Columbia in 1991 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science. She also graduated from Neumann College, Aston PA in 1998 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. Sabina obtained an Athletic Training Certification from University of Penn in 1998. She specialized in Women’s Health, working with pelvic floor dysfunction, osteoporosis, FMS, pre/post natal and aquatic therapy since 1999. Sabina is a WCU adjunct professor in women’s health courses in OBGYN and on pelvic floor dysfunction. She has been a certified YMCA/Yasa Instructor since college. Sabina is married with four young children and she enjoys long distance running, teaching water aerobics and swimming.
