Robin is originally from Upstate, NY. She moved to Orlando, FL when she was 19 to work for the Walt Disney Company. She started working in Guest Relations, which served as the complaint department of the parks and “Yes, people do complain at the happiest place on earth.” It was here, that she became a Celebrity and Executive Tour Guide. After that, she was promoted into Management and worked as Operations Management in both the parks and resorts. She moved to South Carolina in 2001 working in Hospitality, Property Management and Human Resources. She has a strong passion for Customer Service and believes in delivering extraordinary service each and every day. She has a wonderful husband and 3 dogs and cats, which she considers her children. She loves spending time with her family and friends and is a HUGE baseball and football fan. Go Yankees!
