Jeremy is a physical therapist who has specialized in orthopaedic/sports and industrial rehabilitation for more than 10 years. He earned his Master’s Degree in physical therapy from Midwestern University outside Chicago in 1998 and his Master’s of Business Administration from National-Louis University outside of Chicago in 2005. In addition, Jeremy received his vestibular rehabilitation certification from Emory University in 2002 and is board certified as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS). Jeremy is currently serving as director of rehabilitation for the Grove Road facility, as well as, program manager of occupational health for Proaxis Therapy.
